Everything
for your day.

Merid turns your Apple Watch data into scores you understand. Most of it is free.

The Today screen with the orb and a recovery score.

Recovery

Every morning a score measured against your own normal range, from heart rate variability, resting heart rate, respiratory rate and sleep. The orb shows it at a glance, and a sentence says what it means for today.

The trends page with recovery, strain and sleep for the last 14 days.

Strain and workouts

A scale from 0 to 21, from your heart rate and your steps. Merid tells you how much fits today. Start workouts on the watch or the iPhone, then see a summary, heart rate zones and, if you like, an analysis from the coach.

The sleep page with sleep stages, sleep debt and a suggested bedtime.

Sleep

Sleep stages, sleep debt and how much sleep you need today. Plus the time you should go to bed.

The stress page with the course of the day.

Stress

Your day as a curve, with the calmest and the most tense time. Merid only measures while you are not moving.

The body signal page with several overnight values outside the normal range.

Body signal

If several overnight values leave your normal range at once, Merid lets you know and suggests taking it easier. This is a hint and not a diagnosis.

The journal with its week strip and habits like sauna and meditation.

Journal and experiments

Tap what happened today, from sauna to alcohol. Merid fills in much of it from Apple Health. With enough days you see what changes your recovery the next day. Experiments let you test it deliberately.

The cycle page with symptoms to tap and recovery by phase.

Cycle

If you wish, Merid measures your recovery against each phase. Plus a calendar, a forecast of your next period and 17 symptoms, from Apple Health or by hand. Merid makes no statements about fertility or contraception.

The coach with suggested questions about your own data.

Coach

Ask questions about your own data. The coach runs with Apple Intelligence on your iPhone, nothing goes to a server. Without Apple Intelligence it answers the suggested questions.
